Dear Industry Colleagues,
ICIS’25 is the biennial conference dedicated to ion sources and their applications. Physicists, engineers, academics, technical personnel, and industry representatives interested in all facets of ion sources will converge at St. Catherine’s College in Oxford, UK between September 8th-13th, 2025. Here we will discuss and review the latest issues, trends, and challenges in the field. Ion Sources are where everything starts. They form the very beginning and ubiquitous heart of all accelerator labs, institutes, university labs, and industrial facilities that require every type of particle beam for their work. New cutting-edge ion source technologies are fundamental drivers of science. As an indication of the strong global interest in Ion Sources and the ICIS conference series, we had 239 registered delegates at the previous ICIS’23 in Victoria, Canada, and expect over 200 registered delegates in-person at ICIS’25. The 5-year average in-person attendance at the last ICIS Conferences has been 276.
The international ion source community relies on strong partnerships with high-tech industry to deliver state of the art technologies and materials. This specialized conference is a perfect venue to promote your industry to the project leaders and researchers. This information package is to inform you about the many opportunities that exist to promote your business through this conference. We have already had a strong interest in ICIS’25. As space is limited, we urge you to register your participation early.
On behalf of the Local Organising Committee, we welcome you to ICIS’25 in Oxford.
