Registration

Registration for ICIS'25 can be completed HERE. All participants, including invited speakers, must register and pay the appropriate fees (listed below). The student fee does not include an early registration price and will be the same regardless of registration timing. 

Registration closes 22nd August 2025. After this date we will be unable to modify your registration online and not be able to issue refunds. If you have any queries after this date please contact ICIS25@stfc.ac.uk

Please select only one excursion and one laboratory tour when registering. Some options have limited numbers, which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: On-site accommodation should be booked and paid for separately using the St. Catherine's platform. More details can be found on our Accommodation page. There are a limited number of twin accommodations, booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
