Getting to Rutherford Appleton Laboratory

All external visitors must report to R75 Reception and are required to present photo ID (e.g. passport, driving license, or government-issues national identity card).

The EPICS Collaboration Meeting plenary session will be held from Monday 7 to Wednesday 9 April in the R22 Pickavance Lecture Theatre, with refreshments served in the R112 Visitor Centre.
Workshops will be held in a variety of conference rooms across site on Thursday 10 and Friday 11 April. The atrium of R83 Diamond House will be used as a meeting area and for lunch on these days. Coffee and tea will be served at the conference rooms. The conferences rooms to be used are CR03 R61, CR12&CR13 R68, CR16&CR17 R80, and the Hamilton Room in the R112 Visitor Centre. (CRnn indicates a conference room, Rnn indicates a building at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory.)
Facility Tours
There will be tours of the ISIS Neutron and Muon Source, Central Laser Facility (CLF), and Diamond Light Source available during the EPICS Collaboration Meeting. Diamond tours will be sceduled for the Tuesday, CLF tours on Wednesday, and ISIS tours throughout the week. We invite those registered for tours to make themselves known on Monday so that tour times may be allocated.
