Please upload your presentation through this Indico web interface the night before you are scheduled to speak. If you are logged into this website you should see a "My Contributions" menu element, and may use this to access the relevant talk and upload your presentation. (See the Presentation materials section at the bottom of the page associated with your talk.) Presentations and other materials shared this way may be accessed through the detailed view of the timetable, and are accessible publicly.
Speakers should make themselves known in the R22 Pickavance Lecture Theatre towards the end of the the break before they are scheduled to speak. They will be setup with a radio microphone and given an opportunity to confirm that their presentation works as expected.
A Windows PC with PowerPoint and PDF software will be loaded with presentations in advance. If you are planning a live demo or have other requirements which mean you would prefer to use your own laptop then please approach the conference organisers at the earliest opportunity. HDMI and other connections options are available, but we would like to test the connection with your device in advance.
Note that all presentations will be shared via Zoom link, but not recorded. A variety of pointers available in the R22 Pickavance Lecture Theatre will be available. However, only PowerPoint will work with pointers without additional configuration for those watching remotely. If you require a pointer and are not using PowerPoint please speak with the conference team at the earliest opportunity.
