General comments on the talks:
Please be reminded that the length of the presentations is 25 +5 minutes for keynote talk and 20+5 minutes for invited talks (we apologize if at some point different information was circulated).
There will be a shared laptop which you can use, or you can use your own laptop for the presentation.
We intend to record the presentations for internal use only. If you prefer that your presentation is not recorded, please inform the organizing committee.
About the catering service:
We will offer 3 coffee breaks during each day: One at arrival, one mid-morning and one in the afternoon. Lunch will also be served every day. On Tuesday evening we will have a poster session with canape. On Thursday evening we will have the symposium dinner at the Merchant Adventurers’ hall (only for people who registered and paid the dinner fe).

Poster printing service:
It is possible to print your posters at York. The cost of printing is 25 GBP + 20%VAT. It can be finished on the day after you order it. Posters should be prepared in vertical A0 format or smaller.
