Accommodation arrangements
The conference will be held mainly at Poovar Island Resort, with some parallel sessions at the nearby Estuary Sarovar Premiere.
Rooms are reserved at both venues, with more available at Club Mahindra Poovar. All three hotels offer a similar standard of accommodation. We will allocate rooms at the two conference venues first, in order of registration. Guests at Club Mahindra will have a short journey to the conference venue. A ferry will run between Club Mahindra and the conference venue.
Meals
The welcome reception, the conference dinner, and lunch and coffee breaks every day will be at Poovar Island Resort. Breakfast is served at your own hotel. Details of the guided tour will follow in the coming weeks.
Travel
The nearest airport is Trivandrum International Airport. We will provide transfers between the airport and the conference venue, and can also arrange pick-up and drop-off if you arrive by train or bus. Our travel desk will contact you nearer the time.

The registration desk at Poovar Island Resort opens at 16:00 on Sunday 31 January.
