WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
Registration for LPAW 2027 is now open. Please apply using the registration form and make the appropriate payment through Razor pay portal.
Registration is open to pre-registered participants only. Pre-registration has closed, so if you have not pre-registered but would like to attend, please contact the organisers at lpaw2027@gmail.com.
Registration closes on 15 December 2026.
Approval of your registration requires payment of the registration fee and accommodation costs. You can pay by credit/debit card, or by bank transfer on request (please contact us).
WORKSHOP FEE
Early bird (until 30th November 2026)
- Regular: €750
- Student: €400
After 30 November and until 15th December 2026)
- Regular: €900
- Student: €550
CHARGES FOR ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
We have negotiated all-inclusive packages at the Poovar Island Resort and two neighbouring resorts. Each package covers:
- all meals and coffee breaks
- the conference dinners
- the guided tour
- transfers between the resort and Trivandrum airport
Prices per night (before 30th November):
- Private room: €170
- Private room with accompanying person: €220 (€170 + €50)
- Shared room: €110 per person
Prices per night (after 30th November):
- Private room: €200
- Private room with accompanying person: €280 (€200 + €80)
- Shared room: €140 per person
If you are travelling with kids and/require extra accommodation, please write to us so that we can make necessary arrangements.
CANCELLATION
- Please email refund requests to lpaw2027@gmail.com.
- If we receive your request by 20 December 2026, we will refund the registration fee minus a €50 administrative charge and the applicable bank transfer charges.
- Later cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded.
- You can transfer your registration to a substitute delegate free of charge.
