WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
In order to arrange logistics, we require all potential participants to pre-register. Pre-registration is currently open and will close on September 1, 2026. However, we really urge you to pre-register as soon as possible in order to allow us to finalise the logistics, negotiate the prices etc. This will also ensure that your place can be confirmed as registrations will be approved on a first-come first serve basis.
WORKSHOP FEE AND ACCOMMODATION COSTS
We will announce the conference fee and accommodation details shortly.
NOTE: the accommodation expenses are not included in the registration fee. Participants must pay the accommodation costs directly to the hotel where they will be staying. We will give information about the arrangements with conference venue and nearby hotels when we open the registration and payment portal
