How UK Research and Innovation will use your personal data
The personal data you give us will be used to register you for the event, contact you with information and updates relating to the event, and make appropriate arrangements to cater for you during the event. This includes sharing relevant accessibility and dietary requirements with the event venue to ensure your needs are met. Where applicable, your information will also be used by the University of Manchester to administer and process event payments.
We will use your email address to request feedback about the event after it has taken place. Any feedback provided will be anonymised. You may also be given the option to opt in to relevant mailing lists; you will only be added to these if you explicitly consent.

To support the delivery of the event, your personal data will be shared securely with the University of Manchester, who are hosting the event. The University of Manchester will use your information solely for the purposes of running the event, managing registrations, and collecting payment where necessary.
