Please find below a list of the different meetings and sessions at this event, to help you decide which ones you will attend.  If you any questions about these, please contact either the working group leaders listed below or Ralph Dieter at ILL.

Working Group Meetings (Mon 4 May)

These are held in parallel with each other.

  • Working Group 1 Meeting: This is for members of LENS Working Group 1: Strategy, Promotion and Policy.  The Working Group 1 leaders are Andreas Schreyer (ESS) and Thomas Brückel (Juelich).
  • Working Group 2 Meeting: This is for members of LENS Working Group 2: Neutron Usage and Innovation.  The Working Group 2 leaders are Jürgen Neuhaus (Munich) and Philip King (ISIS).
  • Working Group 3 Meeting: This is for members of LENS Working Group 3: Synergies in technological development and operation.  The Working Group 3 leaders are Marc Janoschek (PSI) and Martin Böhm (ILL).
  • Working Group 4 Meeting: This is for members of LENS Working Group 4: Computing and Data.  The Working Group 4 leaders are Paolo Mutti (ILL) and Stephan Förster  (Juelich).
  • Compact Sources Working Group: This is for members of the ad-hoc Working Group on Compact Sources. The Compact Sources working group is led by Thomas Gutberlet (Juelich) and Frederic Ott (LLB)

Executive Board Meeting (Mon 4 May)

This meeting is only for those invited as members of the LENS Executive Board to represent LENS participant organisations and observers.

Open Meeting (Tues 5 May)

This meeting is open to anyone who would like to attend.

General Assembly Closed Meeting (Tues 5 May)

This is a closed meeting only for those invited as members of the LENS General Assembly (mainly heads of LENS participant organisations or their deputies).
