Getting to Milton Hill House from London Heathrow airport
There is a regular train service from Heathrow to London Paddington rail station, and from London Paddington to Didcot Parkway. The journey time to Didcot is approximately 1.5 hours. Alternatively a frequent coach service, Reading-Heathrow RailAir, takes passengers to Reading Station to connect with trains to Didcot Parkway Station. The service picks up from all four terminals and the journey time to Reading is approximately 40 minutes, depending on traffic.  From Didcot Parkway station we suggest a taxi to Milton Hill House.

Getting to Milton Hill House from London Gatwick airport
A direct train service operates between Gatwick Airport and Reading railway station to connect with services to Didcot Parkway Station. The entire journey takes just over 2 hours.

Taxis from the airports: It is possible to get a taxi from London Heathrow or Gatwick airports directly to Milton Hill House - the journey time from Heathrow is around 80-100 mins depending on traffic, and perhaps up to two hours from Gatwick.  Taxis can be arranged directly with companies - e.g. Pryors (https://pryors.co.uk, +44 (0)1235 812345), and are likely to cost at least £70 for a trip from Heathrow and at least £110 for a trip from Gatwick.

We will arrange some taxis to take people from the venue to Didcot railway station for the Tuesday after the meeting - we'll collect requirements for this on the Monday of the meeting.
