The meeting will be held at Milton Hill House, a conference venue about five miles from the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (where the ISIS Neutron & Muon Source is located). The venue's website is here: https://www.miltonoxfordshire.co.uk/.
You are advised to book your accommodation at the conference venue, Milton Hill House. You should make your booking directly with the venue by calling +44 (0)1235 831474 or emailing milton.enquiries@thevenuescollection.co.uk and saying that you are attending the LENS Meeting. The room rate is £105 per person per night including breakfast, and you will be asked to guarantee the room using a credit card. We have 50 rooms held for the night of Mon 4 May, and a smaller number of rooms for Sun 3 May and Tues 5 May. You should book your room with Milton Hill House as soon as possible to avoid rooms being unavailable. Costs: ISIS will cover the costs of the meeting rooms, lunches, dinner and refreshments during the sessions. Attendees will need to cover the costs of their transport to and from the meeting, plus their room cost - this should be paid directly to Milton Hill House. The cost per night, including breakfast, will be £105 for rooms at Milton Hill House.
You are welcome to use different accommodation if you wish, but will need to arrange this yourself together with your transport to and from the venue for the meeting sessions.
