Description
Fermilab's home grown control system is now being supplemented with EPICS controls for the new accelerator, PIP-II. The two control systems will be required to operate side-by-side for the foreseeable future, where the EPICS controls is treated as green field. Here I will give a description of the deployment of our software infrastructure of "pure" PVXS with multicast, and report on the progress and lessons learned.
