This seminar marks the introduction of AI-driven workflows into our project management framework. We will present a high-level overview of our recent implementation, a system designed to automate the synthesis of project information to better support our stakeholders (PIs, PMs, WPMs etc). The session will cover our implementation strategy, the immediate benefits for resource and tracking, and the hurdles we have overcome as a department. We conclude with a look at future developments, exploring how automated intelligence will evolve to support increasingly complex physics research projects.
