Description

I will overview the data acquisitions systems used by the ATLAS detector in Run 3, and describe how the Level 1 and High Level Trigger systems interact with the DAQ in order to filter and reduce 23 MHz of filled bunch crossings at a pileup of over 60 to around 3 kHz of full event data which is recorded to permanent storage.
