Presentations
The preferred slide format for the conference is 4:3 (standard ppt format) rather than widescreen. This will ensure optimal compatibility with our display screen, which is set up for the 4:3 format.
Please use Indico to upload your slides by 18 September (any amendments can be made up to the day before your presentation).
Posters
The recommended poster size is A0 in portrait orientation. A dedicated poster session, with refreshments, will take place on Tuesday 22 September at The Merchant Adventurers' Hall. Posters will be set up by the Local Organising Committee on Tuesday prior to the session.
Poster Printing
IIf you would like your poster to be printed locally and delivered directly to the conference venue, please email your completed poster to LRT2026@stfc.ac.uk no later than Friday 11 September 2026.
Please also remember to upload your poster to the LRT2026 Indico website.
