A reduced conference fee of 500 GBP will be charged to all participants for early registration payment before 31st July 2026, thereafter the fee will rise to 600 GBP.
The conference fee covers refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches during the workshop, the conference kit, excursion, the welcome reception, poster evening and the conference dinner.

Receipt will be issued/emailed once payment is completed.
Cancellation Policy applies to Conference Fee Only, Conference Dinner is non-refundable
- Cancellations must be sent in writing by e-mail to the LRT2026 Organising Committee at the email address below.
- Cancellations before 30th June 2026 will receive full refund of the conference fee.
- Cancellations between 1st July and 31st July 2026 will be refunded 50%.
- Cancellation after 1st August 2026 No refund (including no-shows to the workshop).
