Biological science is producing increasing amounts of data and often requires complex GPU compute for analysis. The Rosalind Franklin Institute addresses this challenge by using a mixture of Cloud and HPC to build a flexible, economic and high-performance platform in collaboration with scientists to advance our research. This talk will discuss the tools and technologies used to build the platform, as well as how we scale it and increase its resilience.
