Description

Join the UKXFEL team for our next Townhall at the Royce Insitue in Machester, taking place on the 8th and 9th of August 2024. Speakers will include: Prof. Simon Wall (Aarhus University), Prof. Richard Curry (University of Manchester),Prof. Philip King (University of St Andrews), Dr. Charlotte Sanders (CLF, STFC), Prof. Jens Biegert (ICFO, Spain), Dr. Olena Fedchenko (Mainz University), Prof. Mette Attature (University of Cambridge), Dr. Artem Bakulin (Imperial College).

This townhall will also include a dedicated THz workshop, which will take place on the afternoon of the 8th of August, and include: Prof. Keith Nelson (MIT), Prof. Steve Johnson (ETH Zurich), Dr. Matthias Hoffmann (SLAC), Prof. Ben Murdin (University Surrey), Dr. Dave Walsh (Daresbury Lab, STFC).
This is your chance to discuss with the design team, connect with academic and industrial experts, as well as to input into the Next Generation of XFEL facilities.
