A personal overview of the highlights of the 2019 Moriond EW conference are given, non solo sed etiam:

• Energy frontier: First full run-2 LHC searches & top/Higgs at 13 TeV
• Intensity Frontier: Charm CP violation & Flavour asymmetries in B decay
• Neutrino physics: Reactor Neutrino flux anomaly & CP violation
• Dark matter: Black holes, gravitational detection and single e-h separation
