DESCRIPTION:ICUIL conferences provide a venue for discussions among repres
 entatives of high-intensity laser facilities and members of user communiti
 es\, on international collaborative activities such as the development of 
 the next generation of ultrahigh intensity lasers\, exploration of new are
 as of fundamental and applied research\, and formation of a global researc
 h network for access to advanced facilities by users.\nWe are delighted to
  announce that the 11th International Conference on Ultrahigh Intensity La
 sers - ICUIL 2026 - will be hosted by the UK’s Central Laser Facility an
 d held in the historic town of St Andrews on the east coast of Scotland\,

 abstracts is now open\, with the call extended to 12 June 2026 (23:59 BST)

 , including time for questions. Each invited talk should have a single spe

  explore any of the conference topics. These presentations will be 20 minu
