Following the first round of community comments, efforts have been made to implement as many comments as possible, and ensure that we reflect the discussions at the drafting meetings. We propose to post replies to all comments in the google doc for draft 1 in the w/c 17th March and a list of major changes to the draft can already be found in the google doc. We hope that the circulated draft is close to final, and that remaining comments will be mostly grammatical/editorial. If there are points the community feels are missing from the draft (beyond the points already noted in the draft) we can add them to the agenda for discussion on 28th April. Once the comments have been received on this draft a final draft will be prepared for submission ahead of 31st March. Comments should be provided as written comments in the google-doc linked. Please provide your name and relevant line numbers/section numbers in the PDF. The deadline for comments is 6pm (UK time) on Friday 21st March, after which the document will be made read-only. Please do not send comments by email.

Following the second circulation, the drafting team has implemented as many comments as possible, trying to remain consistent with the sentiments/discussion in the drafting meeting and also avoiding significant changes in messaging. The new draft will be submitted to the ESPPU process around noon on Monday 31st March. At this point we are not accepting further detailed comments however: - If you see any typos please email Sarah, Jim, Ruben, Davide and Mark and we will attempt to fix them before the deadline. - If there are points you'd like to raise for discussion in the next drafting meeting on April 28th please add them to the google doc.
