The PPAP Community Meeting brings together members of the UK particle physics community to discuss recent scientific developments, future opportunities for the field, and issues of strategic importance to the community.

The programme will include broad scientific overviews covering the major areas of particle physics research, updates from community and advisory bodies, and discussions on the evolving national and international landscape.

The meeting takes place against the backdrop of the ongoing STFC prioritisation exercise and wider funding discussions. While updates on relevant developments will be provided where possible, the emphasis of the meeting is on looking ahead: identifying opportunities, discussing challenges, and considering how the community can shape the future of particle physics in the UK.

The meeting is open to all members of the UK particle physics community and closely related fields.

In-person participants are required to register by 16:00 on 1 July.

The meeting will be held in the Large Lecture Theatre (S02) of the Poynting Building. Registration, coffee breaks and lunch will take place in the Bridge Study Room (R16), located in the same building.
